The Project Manager - Endless Aisle Marketplace serves as the central owner of operational execution and program delivery for UNFI's white label drop-ship marketplace powered by Mable. • Own end-to-end project management for all Endless Aisle initiatives, including supplier onboarding phases, category expansions, catalog refresh cycles, promotional readiness, and platform upgrades.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risk logs, and communication cadences across UNFI and Mable stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for operational readiness and execution quality across initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate execution across Merchandising, Pricing, Finance, Supplier Management, Customer Service, Technology, and Mable operations teams.
• Ensure handoffs between teams are clearly defined, documented, and operationally viable.
• Proactively surface risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment to leadership with clear mitigation plans.
Marketplace Readiness & Controls
• Own launch readiness checklists for new suppliers, items, and marketplace capabilities, validating accuracy of pricing logic, freight assumptions, compliance requirements, order flow, and invoicing processes.
• Partner with Finance and Technology to ensure invoice generation, EDI feeds, system integrations, and reconciliation processes function as designed.
• Ensure operational processes align with UNFI's audit, compliance, and data-retention standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience working with PIM systems or marketplace platforms.
• High proficiency in project planning tools, spreadsheets, and documentation
