Project Analyst - GSA

The Position:

Censeo is seeking a customer-focused and detailed-oriented Project Analyst to support the GSA and other federal client agencies by providing support to the Customer Engagement Team during the transition to the GO.gov e-gov travel services (ETS) shared service. The Project Analyst will be responsible for coordinating Customer Engagement Managers (CEM) activities, tracking transition statuses and issues, facilitating stakeholder communications, and collaborating with the team to strengthen streamlining efforts. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support Customer Engagement Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing agency transition activities
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, action item trackers, risk logs, and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and transition planning sessions with agency stakeholders
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items
  • Assist CEMs in managing relationships with agency customers throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Assist CEMs in preparing customer-facing materials
  • Track stakeholder questions, issues, and requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and the transition progress
  • Support collection and maintenance of transition-related data from multiple sources
  • Support data quality reviews and transition readiness assessments
  • Identify opportunities to improve transition processes, customer experience, and team efficiency
  • Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge management resources
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field required
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting projects, implementations, customer success programs, or federal programs required
  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks and priorities across diverse stakeholder groups required
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation required
  • Experience supporting federal government clients preferred
  • Experience supporting system implementations, technology deployments, or organizational change initiatives preferred
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools preferred
  • Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

The Fine Print:

  • Remote or Hybrid Opening 
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$72,000 (depending on experience)
  • Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs 
  • Essential Physical Functions
    • Sitting: Particularly for sustained periods of time
    • Light Carrying: Physically transporting items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another
    • This is a contracted role for an RFI Opportunity
