The Albany Health Care Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. This remote position allows you the flexibility to perform your duties from home while remaining engaged with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to mental health excellence. • Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, helping clients connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a safe and supportive setting.
• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions, engaging clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, ensuring integrated care and consulting on complex cases to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Our focus is on young adults facing mental health challenges, particularly in our Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). These individuals often navigate issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. You will play a crucial role in supporting them through personalized, evidence-based interventions that encourage self-discovery and resilience.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current LPCC licensure in California.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for young adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client-centered care.

• Previous experience working with young adults in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Experience in facilitating group sessions or workshops.
• Knowledge of digital therapeutic tools and assessments.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
