Richmond Healthcare Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, providing vital mental health services to under-resourced communities in Sparks, Nevada. As a clinician, you will engage directly with clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on clients experiencing severe emotional disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that coordinate services among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, arrange for detailed assessments to accurately gauge needs and symptoms.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of client progress, including evaluating admission and discharge criteria based on individual treatment plans.
  • Participate in crisis intervention efforts to ensure immediate support for clients in distress.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to COHC's ethical guidelines and reporting requirements.
  • Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide on-call coverage during and outside of program hours as required.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
