Job description

The Role We\'re hiring a Demand Generation Manager who will join a small marketing team at a pivotal moment: the product is strong, the market is defined, and the demand generation function is being built from the ground up. There\'s no agency to brief, no coordinator to hand off to. You\'ll plan the campaigns, write the sequences, own the channels, and report on what moves the pipeline. If that sounds like the kind of ownership you\'ve been looking for, keep reading. Key Responsibilities

We’re not just looking for a match on paper—we want someone who’s passionate, driven, and ready to make things happen. If this sounds like you, let’s talk:

  • Acquisition Campaigns:  Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, webinars, trade shows, paid media) that generate qualified leads. Think beyond the standard playbook—bring creative approaches to demand generation that cut through and reach the right people.

  • Content Creation: Write and produce the content that powers our demand engine—landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar decks, industry articles, and more.

  • Outbound/Inbound Engine: Optimize our outbound/inbound machine. Define ICP audiences, craft messaging, and iterate based on results.

  • Industry Presence: Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and identify partnership opportunities in the space.

  • Activation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product to create content and sequences that accelerate pre-qualified leads toward conversion—including lead scoring, intent signals, and in-app and communication flows that help users find and experience their activation moment.

  • Website & SEO: Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy—programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and website conversion improvements.

  • Measure What Matters: Own campaign execution and channel performance, track pipeline contribution, and continuously improve based on data.

About magicplan At magicplan, we believe restoration work runs best when the field and the office stay connected. We’re building a complete, easy-to-use system that helps teams capture what’s happening on-site and turn it into clear scopes, documentation, estimates, and approvals - all without the extra steps. Who You Are
  • You\'ve run demand gen end-to-end, not just parts of it. You\'ve worked in B2B marketing — ideally SaaS or tech. You can point to a specific campaign you built, what it generated, and what you learned when it didn\'t work.

  • You write the content yourself. Emails, landing pages, lead magnets, webinar scripts. You don\'t brief an agency and review a draft — you open a doc and write. You know how to use AI tools to go faster, but the quality is yours.

  • You\'ve automated real marketing work with AI. You’ve already deployed AI agents or agentic workflows that support real marketing and GTM work, using LLMs and automation platforms as core infrastructure, not side experiments.

  • You make decisions from data, not attachment. You can cut a campaign that isn\'t performing and explain why. You double down when something works and move on when it doesn\'t.

  • You\'re accountable for results, not just activity. You can point to specific campaigns that moved the pipeline, channels you scaled, and experiments that failed. You also know that results live in the details: the timing of a follow-up sequence, the subject line on a re-engagement email. You make sure things are done well, not just checked off.

What Sets You Apart
  • Background in restoration, field services, construction, or insurance tech — the market context won\'t need explaining.

  • Tool fluency that goes hands-on: HubSpot, Customer.io, Clay, Google Analytics.

  • Content built for technical or trade audiences that actually converted — not polished, created.

  • An outbound engine you built and can walk us through.

Why Join Us

  • 20 vacation days + 11 public holidays
  • Learning & development budget to invest in your growth
