Job Description: Senior media strategy and investment leader responsible for guiding TV, streaming, audio, online video, and programmatic media strategy while remaining hands-on with DV360 and data-driven campaign execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee media strategies across linear TV, CTV/streaming, online video, audio, and programmatic display.
  • Serve as a hands-on DV360/GMP expert and provide strategic direction to execution teams.
  • Lead YouTube activation across programmatic and reservation buying.
  • Review campaign builds, optimizations, audience targeting, inventory, frequency, and brand-safety settings.
  • Analyze DV360, CM360, and internal reporting to identify performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to translate campaign data into strategic insights and planning recommendations.
  • Support annual and future media planning using historical performance data and forecasting.
  • Guide and mentor team members while ensuring quality and consistency of execution.
  • Apply supply path optimization principles to improve inventory quality and buying efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of hands-on media investment and strategy experience.
  • Deep expertise across Streaming, OTT/CTV, Online Video, Audio, Linear TV, and Programmatic media buying.
  • 7 years of hands-on DV360 experience; DV360 expertise is the highest priority.
  • Strong Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) knowledge.
  • Experience with programmatic, DSP, YouTube, and TV/video buying.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, inventory quality, frequency management, brand safety, and measurement.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Polished, confident communication skills with the ability to direct and mentor teams.
  • Experience presenting strategy and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SSP experience.
  • The Trade Desk or other DSP experience.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
  • Knowledge of supply path optimization.
  • Experience with incrementality, lift testing, forecasting, or time-series analysis.
  • SQL familiarity.
  • Experience connecting TVAD performance to revenue, CAC, LTV, or incremental reach.
