  • Executive employment and retention agreementsย
  • Equity incentive and carried interest structuresย
  • Deferred compensation and incentive arrangementsย
  • Change-in-control and termination protectionsย
  • Performance-based compensation designย
  • Providing strategic guidance onย tax and ERISA considerations, including equity compensation and nonqualified deferred compensation programsย
  • Supporting compensation aspects of complex and often confidential corporate eventsย

Why This Role Is Differentย

  • Direct access to senior partners with elite big-firm pedigreesย
  • High-end, transaction-driven work without traditionalย BigLawย layersย
  • Greater responsibility and client exposure earlierย
  • Remote flexibility with a sophisticated national client baseย
  • Opportunity to build a true specialty practice in executive compensationย

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-8 yearsย of executive compensation and employee benefits experienceย
  • Experience at anย Am Law 50ย or comparably sophisticated practice preferredย
  • Strong experience in transaction-related compensation mattersย
  • Excellent technical skills in tax and ERISA aspects of executive compensationย
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-level advisory environmentย

Benefits:
