A prestigious law firm seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join its Business & Commercial Litigation practice in Miami. Role Overview

The Litigation Associate will support complex commercial matters from early strategy through resolution. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client engagement, and the chance to work on highstakes litigation within a globally recognized platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Leadership: Support and manage litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement, including research, drafting, discovery, and hearing preparation.
