• Conduct in-depth assessments through patient interviews and involvement of family members to gather comprehensive health histories.
• Employ clinical expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain detailed, up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond to inquiries from patients promptly, ensuring that follow-ups and referrals are handled efficiently and consistently.
• Occasionally serve as the designated on-call clinician to address urgent patient needs that arise during scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care providers and community organizations, to create a cohesive support system for patients.

Your primary focus will be to support a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns, tailoring your approaches to resonate with their unique backgrounds and experiences. Your culturally responsive therapeutic techniques will help to strengthen the support network and empower clients in their healing journeys.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid Nevada LCSW license with the ability to practice independently.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and clinical intervention techniques.
• Capacity to effectively collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services, ideally in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online mental health service delivery.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
