Short Description

Reporting to the supervisor of Licensing, this position is responsible for the processing of occupational and less-complex corporate gaming license applications.  

The individual in this position is expected to be present in an IGT office 50% of the time, with the remaining 50% remote, or as otherwise dictated by Company policy. 

Location:Las Vegas, NV. 

Responsibilities

The primary functional duties of this position include but are not limited to: 
    Complete simple regulatory license applications (occupational and corporate) with supervision
    Interface with employees on personal licensing matters
    Manage dates and priorities for assigned individuals or jurisdictions
    Interact and communicate with gaming regulators in multiple jurisdictions
    Maintain license requirements for assigned jurisdictions
    Identify areas of concern for escalation to Licensing supervisor
    Support and maintain license tracking systems for all license types
    Maintain corporate exhibits, as required
    Assist with confidential projects and Principal Applications with supervision
    Assist with process improvement projects
    Other duties, as required

Qualifications

Associates Degree desired.  Gaming or regulatory experience preferred.  Relationships with gaming regulators is a plus.  This is a professional level position and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires the ability to interact professionally, diplomatically and effectively with government authorities from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Must be a highly motivated individual that can work supervision and manage competing priorities in an unstructured, dynamic environment.  Some domestic travel may be required.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $50,000- $56,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities. IGT also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include a 401(k) savings plan with company contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other wellness programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
