• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to gather comprehensive data.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting methodologies as required based on progress and client feedback.
• Engage clients through various therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy sessions and group therapy activities that promote emotional insight and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring timely documentation of sessions, treatment progress, and any changes in clinical status, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends, innovative therapies, and ethical standards in counseling.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines and best practices in all client-related activities, providing a safe space for clients to explore their mental health challenges.

The clients served by Liberton Counseling Services represent a diverse array of backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Oregon.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Familiarity or experience working with specific populations, such as pediatric clients, families, trauma survivors, or those dealing with substance use, is an asset.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to foster trust and clarity in client interactions.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a commitment to collaborating within a team environment.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and progress tracking.
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
• Previous involvement in treatment planning and crisis intervention.

Liberton Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
