• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions for various behavioral health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing assessment tools and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Stay current on best practices in behavioral health by engaging in ongoing professional development and training.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share insights regarding client treatment.
• Monitor and adjust therapy strategies based on client feedback and progress toward their mental health objectives.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, fostering understanding and support.

Our primary focus lies in serving teenagers and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with executive functioning. • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities to address a range of behavioral health issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to triage priorities and manage a high caseload while maintaining service quality.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating proficiency with digital platforms for therapy delivery.
• Prior work with youth populations in various settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, or community organizations.
• Knowledge of and experience with trauma-informed care practices.
• Willingness to contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, adjusted based on your experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from a comprehensive package that includes:
