You drive the delivery of client programs. You execute day-to-day work to advance client objectives, collaborate with internal teams including Analysts, and own your portion of each engagement. You receive clear guidance and direction from Senior Consultants and Managers on strategy, methodology, and quality expectations. This is a great position for someone building consulting fundamentals who is ready to take ownership of client outcomes and grow into larger roles.

Responsibilities
  • Execute daily delivery activities for assigned client programs as scoped by Senior Consultants and jointly defined with clients

  • Own accountability for timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction on your assigned deliverables

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for your assigned client relationship, providing regular updates and managing expectations

  • Coordinate with Analysts and other team members to execute client initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and keep work on track

  • Complete vendor risk assessments in accordance with approved methodologies, client requirements, and internal quality standards

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in clear, actionable formats through reports, presentations, or conversations tailored to the audience

  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to support client success and surface feedback to internal stakeholders

  • Become a power user of Bitsight products, services, and capabilities; ask for help when needed and escalate ambiguous situations to your Senior or Manager

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to juggle multiple clients or workstreams without losing track of detail

  • Preferred experience or knowledge in:
