Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth methods to deliver effective counseling services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, focusing on emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects related to weight management and eating disorders.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to facilitate effective change.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans crafted to align with each client's unique goals, preferences, and emotional triggers.
  • Provide individual counseling sessions that delve into the psychological factors impacting eating behaviors, fostering a greater understanding of clients’ interactions with food.
