Veteran Benefits Representative - Remote


NO EXPERIANCE REQUIRED


AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-minded professionals to join our team as Veteran Benefits Representatives. In this role, you will meet virtually with veterans, military families, and eligible members to explain available supplemental insurance benefits, assess their needs, and help them select appropriate coverage.

This is an insurance sales and benefits-enrollment position, not a Department of Veterans Affairs or government role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual appointments with veterans, military families, and eligible members.
  • Explain life insurance and supplemental benefit options clearly and accurately.
  • Identify each client's needs and recommend suitable coverage.
  • Complete applications and maintain accurate client records.
  • Follow up with clients regarding enrollment, coverage, and service questions.
  • Build trusted, professional relationships while protecting confidential information.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
  • Meet applicable activity, service, and sales goals.
  • Maintain all required insurance licenses and follow company and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
