The Corham Agency | Financial Advisory is a growing life, health, and financial services agency focused on educating and empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions about their financial protection. We are seeking a remote, commission-based Customer Success Advisor to deliver consultative client service while progressing on a structured Agency Builder track toward leadership and residual income.

Position summary: This role combines prospecting, client education, policy placement, and ongoing portfolio servicing. The position is suitable for candidates who hold life and/or health licenses as well as those new to the industry; licensing guidance, structured onboarding, and ongoing training are provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess life, health, and financial protection needs.
  • Explain product options clearly, ethically, and with a client-centered focus.
  • Recommend and present customized insurance and protection solutions.
  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, policy placement, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and periodic outreach.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely manner.
  • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and support teams to meet individual and team objectives.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional interpersonal demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Coachable attitude with willingness to learn sales, service, and compliance processes.
