This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your own home while maintaining a strong connection with clients through telehealth platforms. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
• Regularly assess and monitor clients' progress concerning their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to implement comprehensive intervention strategies.
• Communicate and follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians to coordinate care for clients requiring hospitalization.
• Identify obstacles to recovery, providing proactive solutions and support to assist clients in overcoming challenges.
• Engage with family members and primary caregivers, offering guidance and resources to manage associated mental and behavioral issues, enhancing the overall support system for clients.

As a mental health counselor, you will work with an array of clients from various backgrounds, experiencing different mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. • A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with preference given to those possessing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities and interventions, equipping you to address various mental health issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for clear and empathetic interactions with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients, characterized by exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarization with virtual counseling solutions.
• Training and certifications in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a healthcare setting, particularly in managing complex client cases.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 per year, offering a competitive salary based on your experience and productivity.
