Nautilus Insurance is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Product Lead, who will own the buildout and continuous product maintenance and strategy for no-touch underwriting solutions through technology and innovation.  This role will make data-driven decisions to identify preferred product solutions. You will partner with Product Innovation, Actuarial, Production Underwriting, Digital Solutions, and IT.

This role is located on a hybrid schedule in our Scottsdale headquarters headquarters.

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for no-touch underwriting solutions, including development of risk selection criteria, policy language, underwriting guidelines, and pricing methodology.
  • Partner with our IT team to identify necessary system integrations and various Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to deliver a seamless quoting experience.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor production results, conversion trends, and profitability
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners
  • Support Line of Business leader to prioritize projects and initiatives that support the organizationโ€™s strategic goals. This includes but is not limited to active participation in the development and execution of strategic plans tied to assigned portfolio and ensuring associated project deliverables are met.
