The Product Owner is expected to understand Sales Cloud functionality well enough to challenge assumptions, support solution design conversations, validate proposed approaches, and ensure delivered work meets the agreed business outcome. The role will also help standardize Salesforce capabilities, governance, and engagement models across lines of business, working with other Product Owners to define common processes, ownership, and strategy.
