• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate individual mental health needs and to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and ensure quality of care.

As an LMFT at Bridge Horizon Counseling Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to couples seeking to improve their relationships. Our patient demographic includes adult clients, adolescents, and families, all facing unique challenges. You will utilize your expertise to provide therapy aimed at resolving conflict, improving communication skills, and addressing mental health concerns.

• Active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
• Empathetic and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, enabling the effective management of caseloads and documentation.

• Experience in providing therapy for diverse client populations, including individuals dealing with trauma, substance use, and relationship issues.
• Expertise in family systems theory and practice, with additional training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities considered a plus.
• Previous background in a private practice or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
