Job description

Seeking a results-driven e-commerce strategist to spearhead our product lifecycle and growth roadmap tailored exclusively for the Amazon marketplace. In this role, you will leverage consumer data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to conceptualize, launch, and scale high-performing ASINs. This is a primarily on-site position based out of our office, designed for a collaborative leader who excels at bridging brand strategy with technical marketplace execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Roadmap Strategy: Architect the Amazon product strategy, managing new SKU innovation, strategic bundling, and full portfolio lifecycle optimization.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead cross-functional launches from initial setup and listing creation to promotional strategy, partnering closely with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Commercial Optimization: Set competitive pricing models, optimize listing positioning, and continuously audit catalog health to maximize conversion rates and Buy Box performance.
  • Operations & Logistics Planning: Sync with Supply Chain partners to align demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and inventory health for core and newly launched products.
  • Performance & Insight Analytics: Track critical ASIN-level metrics (BSR, traffic, reviews, and margins) to evaluate campaign ROI and eliminate underperforming SKUs.
  • Compliance & Alignment: Maintain absolute listing compliance with Amazon guidelines while collaborating with the PPC/Advertising team to sync ad strategy with product lifecycle phases.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dedicated e-commerce experience across product development, category management, or marketplace strategy, with direct expertise on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling consumer products via end-to-end launch management, listing optimization, and catalog expansion.
  • Strong background in CPG, personal care, beauty, or related consumer goods environments highly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a knack for converting complex market data into actionable, profitable product initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional partners in an on-site environment.
