• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, providing constructive feedback and professional guidance.
• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to client needs.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for clients.
• Participate in case management by contributing to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously enhance treatment efficacy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master’s Degree in a relevant field of mental health counseling or social work.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC is required.
• Current professional liability insurance covering your scope of practice.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on psychotherapy and supervision.
• Experience with community mental health services and an understanding of the social determinants of health.
