• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to address client issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to facilitate comprehensive care.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. This role encompasses providing care to individuals of all ages, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that acknowledges their unique backgrounds and experiences. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Vermont.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic approaches and various psychosocial assessment techniques.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Experience in outpatient or community-based mental health services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and willingness to utilize telehealth technologies.
