How you'll make an impact

1. You will develop and implement production plans, schedules, and forecasts based on sales orders, historical data, and inventory levels.
2. You will monitor and track production progress, identifying and resolving any deviations or bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
3. You will source, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions for materials and services.
4. You will generate and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. You will manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, communication, and issue resolution.
6. You will monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or excesses, and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns.
7. You will analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and material costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
8. You will collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and production execution.
9. You will maintain accurate purchasing and planning records in the ERP system.
10 You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain and production planning processes.

11. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business

2.Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
4. Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
5. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning methodologies.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
9. Fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
