JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for business driven, experienced contracts professionals who love KPIs, are strong collaborators, can manage vendor contracts, draft a redline, and bring relentless attention to detail. We are seeking an experienced procurement professional who can support the end-to-end process from planning to signature through post-signature contract reviews and vendor performance management. The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive problem solver, fearless, approachable, and adaptable. You enjoy contracts, seek out metrics to maximize value, exercise judgment and operate independently. The negotiator handles legal tasks and ensures contract processing with high professionalism under pressure.


Key Functions:

  • Contract Negotiation & Management - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements, including technology, security, and data privacy contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Risk & Legal Assessment - Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks through detailed review and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
  • Dispute Resolution - Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues efficiently and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the contracting process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
