This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that you find conducive to delivering effective therapy. Our telehealth platform simplifies the therapeutic process, enabling you to focus on your clients' needs while we manage the associated logistics, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. • Conducting virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened clients, utilizing established therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Developing and adjusting personalized treatment plans in accordance with current best practices and evidence-based methods.
• Documenting client progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, completing certifications, and participating in peer supervision sessions.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to enhance patient support and drive successful therapeutic outcomes.

At Brighter Hope Counseling, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life challenges. Your role will involve building trusting relationships to encourage honest communication and effective therapeutic change. Our pre-screening process helps you connect with clients who are best suited for your expertise, allowing for more meaningful and impactful therapy.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee, including LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, showcasing your ability to provide empathetic and effective care.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth or a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and evidence-based therapeutic approaches will be advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
