Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, understanding their unique circumstances and determining the most effective treatment methods.
• Develop individualized therapy programs, integrating various evidence-based practices to address each client's specific issues and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide holistic care, ensuring continuity and consistency in treatment.
• Educate and support clients' families throughout the therapeutic process, helping them understand their loved one’s challenges and how they can assist.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with regulatory standards, adhering to ethical guidelines to uphold client privacy.
