• Provide empathetic and evidence-based therapy modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to the diverse needs of clients throughout all stages of life.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, offering a holistic understanding of their situation.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that align with established evidence-based practices, ensuring interventions are relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external community organizations, ensuring coordinated care and a seamless experience for clients.
• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately and timely, comprehensively utilizing our electronic health record system to support superior care delivery.

Our patient population encompasses individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As part of your role, you will meet clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic methods to meet their cultural and personal contexts. Your work will actively empower clients to harness their strengths and navigate their paths to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Full licensure as a marriage and family therapist (LMFT), professional counselor (LPC), or clinical social worker (LCSW) is mandatory, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary for managing documentation and client interactions in a telehealth environment.

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly valued, as is familiarity with digital documentation systems.
• Background in crisis intervention and dealing with complex clinical issues will be beneficial.
• Prior engagement in providing group therapy settings or family counseling would add a valuable perspective to our therapeutic offerings.
