Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities that address the unique requirements of each patient.
  • Manage administrative duties with precision, including billing, documenting progress notes, developing individualized treatment plans, and completing insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.

  • Create discharge plans with appropriate follow-up care to ensure seamless transitions for patients returning to their everyday lives.

  • Continually enhance professional competence through dedicated training and continuing education, reflecting our commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Engage actively in case consultations, contributing to group discussions that elevate treatment standards across the organization.
  • Complete all licensure obligations and mandatory training, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base about mental health practices and legal requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is fundamental in supporting diverse patient populations, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Qualifications
