The Associate Vice President Enterprise Implementations, Migrations & Customer Success is accountable for enterprise implementations strategy, operating model, and solution framework utilized to support end-to-end implementations for new business, existing business, product offerings, and client migrations to new technology solutions. This position serves as implementation leader for the Judi Health migration, owning the migration execution framework, program governance, outcome accountability, budget discipline, executive escalation, and cross-functional alignment required to deliver the migration timely and in accordance with client expectations, compliance requirements, contractual obligations, and enterprise priorities. This position leads the planning, advocacy, and cross-functional delivery of technology-enabled product offerings across market channels, ensuring implementation strategies translate complex client, operational, regulatory and technology requirements into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the accountable enterprise implementation leader for the Judi Health migration, including program strategy, governance, roadmap, budget discipline, milestone achievement, executive reporting, risk escalation, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-departmental calibration of the financial, procedural, operational, technology and client-impact information tied to new and existing business implementations, product deployments, and migrations of existing clients onto new technology solutions; driving enterprise coordination across product, technology, operations, finance, client, legal, and compliance teams to ensure priorities, dependencies, decisions, resourcing, and accountability are aligned and owned
  • Lead team responsible for establishing and continuously improving implementation and migration frameworks, including pipeline assessment, implementation estimates, resource planning, training, readiness checkpoints, execution standards, quality controls, and lessons learned integration
  • Develop and deliver clear strategic and operational communications for the senior leadership team, including executive presentations, status updates, and decision materials that clearly articulate choices, risks, tradeoffs, accountabilities and recommendations
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by aligning migration pathways, implementation plans, technical capabilities, regulatory requirements, and business growth objectives to deepen client relationships, confidence, and satisfaction
  • Translate complex client and business requirements into actionable implementation and migration roadmaps that balance delivery timelines, contractual commitments, technology dependencies, operational readiness, and client success measures
  • Contribute to long-range enterprise strategic planning by identifying future-state implementation and migration capabilities and recommending technology, process, operating model, and staffing investments needed for scalability and future growth
  • Use data, partner feedback, client experience insights, delivery metrics, and post-implementation outcomes to drive continuous improvement of implementation and migration processes while balancing innovation, compliance, operational excellence, and client impact
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • 12 years of work experience in Operations, Sales or Information Technology, including 5 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role
  • 8 years of leadership/people management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

  • Ability to lead effectively within a matrixed enterprise environment and create clarity when accountability is distributed across multiple functions
  • Strong program and project management capability, including complex change initiatives, technology migrations, process improvement efforts
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills, especially in client, vendor, and senior leader-facing settings
  • Strong decision-maker with the ability to determine action, drive execution, resolve ambiguity, promote clear accountability, and focus towards achieving business objectives
  • Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong critical thinking skills; able to synthesize and integrate information from multiple sources into actionable plans and decision frameworks
  • Ability to balance client expectations, regulatory requirements, operational realities, technology constraints, financial discipline, and enterprise priorities

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management, specialty pharmacy, or managed care experience
  • Business consulting experience
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise implementations, migrations, or technology-enabled transformation programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading large-scale adjudication, platform, migration, or client-conversion programs
