This remote position allows you to work flexible hours from the comfort of your home, connecting with clients primarily through virtual platforms. • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of individual and family dynamics.
• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions through one-on-one and family therapy sessions, adjusting techniques based on each client’s specific needs and treatment goals.
• Complete essential administrative tasks including billing, documentation, crafting individualized treatment plans, and managing insurance authorization forms within set timelines.
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety strategies, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stable mental health.
• Create clear discharge plans for clients, ensuring they have a roadmap for continued support and resources after therapy.
• Maintain compliance with all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to ensure quality care delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, education, and supervision to consistently elevate your clinical skills and competencies.
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a collaborative network, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.
• Meet all licensure requirements and complete mandatory training as necessary.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach and professional expertise will help clients navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, making a direct impact on their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure as a mental health professional.
• Required licensure in the State of Kansas as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW).

• Experience with diverse populations and culturally competent counseling techniques.
• Familiarity with outpatient care settings and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your licensure and experience.
