Wellness Care Psychological Center is seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors, specifically LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs, to join our dedicated team in a fully remote setting. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to a diverse population, utilizing evidence-based therapies to foster wellbeing and recovery.

Our mission is to support individuals in overcoming mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance abuse, through personalized and evidence-based treatment approaches. Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility to manage a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the mental health field from the comfort of your home office. However, candidates should be prepared to collaborate with patients and colleagues virtually through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring continuity of care in outpatient settings. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some schedule flexibility as required by patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify patients' specific emotional and psychological needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various issues while promoting community and shared experiences among patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment integration.
  • Provide crisis intervention services while maintaining composure and professionalism during high-stress situations.
  • Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available local and national resources to empower their recovery journey.
  • Remain compliant with documentation standards, ensuring all patient records are accurately maintained and secure.
  • Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights for continuous quality improvement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
