The selected candidate will lead an ABAP development team, working in collaboration with State resources to enhance, develop, and maintain the MAGIC SAP system. Additionally, the candidate will provide integration support for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and multiple third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 10-15 ABAP developers. - Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of the MAGIC SAP system. - Provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and third-party systems. - Collaborate with State resources and internal teams to ensure effective system development and troubleshooting. - Facilitate the training and mentoring of public sector employees in SAP and related systems. - Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolutions to system incidents. Required Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: - 8+ years of experience as an SAP Lead Developer, with demonstrated expertise in managing a development team of 10-15 resources. - 8+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP design and development, with strong expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Functional knowledge in at least three (3) of the following SAP areas:Finance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Logistics Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) SUS/ROS (Supplier Self-Services / Request for Quotation) Master Data Management (MDM) Human Capital Management (HCM) SuccessFactors EC - 4+ years of experience working with SAP operational systems in a Public Sector environment. - 2+ years of experience in training and mentoring public sector employees, ranging from entry-level to senior staff. Preferred Qualifications Although not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: - Experience with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development. - 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Cloud Platform Integration. - 2+ years of experience with SAP Process Integration (PI). - 2+ years of experience with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling. - 2+ years of experience in migration between third-party vendor systems. - Strong background in performing incident analysis and providing system troubleshooting solutions.
