Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to support clients facing mental health challenges.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique recovery goals.
  • Continuously assess and adjust treatment needs, ensuring that clients receive the most effective interventions at every stage of their recovery.
  • Empower clients by providing skill-building strategies for coping, problem-solving, and effective communication.
  • Educate clients about community resources and advocate on their behalf to enhance access to necessary services.
  • Support clients in developing daily living skills, leisure interests, and community involvement to foster personal growth and resilience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population of adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychosocial challenges. Our approach emphasizes empathy, respect, and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid license to practice independently in Nevada as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others navigate their mental health challenges.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and teletherapy tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with community resources and service systems to facilitate client referrals.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive service plans and conducting psychosocial assessments.
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
