  • Drive application-to-submission and submission-to-closing conversion through proactive borrower and retailer follow-up.
  • Partner with Production Associates, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding teams to move loans efficiently through the process.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline, accurate system updates, and timely completion of compliance, disclosure, redisclosure, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional borrower and retailer experience through clear communication, urgency, and ownership.

What you will need to join Cascade

  • Active NMLS license required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
  • Experience with purchase transactions, manufactured housing, chattel/home-only, land-home, FHA, VA, GSE, or non-QM products strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with referral partners, retailers, dealers, builders, or other third-party referral sources preferred.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining strong compliance, disclosure, and customer communication standards.
  • Proven track record of consultative sales, borrower follow-up, and converting referred leads into submitted/closed loans.

Training Support

Cascade provides structured onboarding, product training, sales leadership support, compliance resources, and cross-functional partnership with Operations to help experienced Loan Officers ramp quickly and succeed in our manufactured housing lending model.

  • Comprehensive onboarding program designed to provide a strong foundation in mortgage lending, loan processes, systems, and company policies.

  • Training on loan origination systems (LOS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other technology platforms used to support borrowers throughout the lending process.
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional growth and strengthen customer service, organizational, and mortgage industry knowledge.
  • Access to compliance and regulatory training to ensure understanding of disclosure requirements, lending regulations, and company best practices.
