About the Role

We are seeking a highly productive, self-driven Mass Media Marketing Specialist who can deliver outstanding results on a lean budget. This is a hands-on role for a creative problem-solver who thrives on turning limited resources into high-impact campaigns across television, radio, print, digital, and social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel mass media marketing campaigns.
  • Stretch a modest budget to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop creative, cost-effective strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Negotiate media buys and identify low-cost or organic promotion opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data.
  • Work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

General Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media marketing or advertising, ideally with limited budgets.
  • Strong creativity, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.

Technical & Analytics Qualifications

  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video/YouTube, Performance Max) including campaign setup, bidding, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including configuring events, conversions, audiences, and custom reports.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage tracking tags without heavy developer involvement.
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including the Google Ads conversion tag, GA4 conversions, and enhanced conversions.
  • Familiarity with tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters, tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel), the Google tag (gtag.js), server-side tagging, and offline conversion imports.
  • Understanding of attribution models, remarketing/audience lists, and cross-channel measurement.
  • Technical ability to install, validate, and debug tracking (e.g., using Google Tag Assistant, GA4 DebugView, and the browser developer console).
  • Skilled at analyzing campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and translating insights into actionable optimizations.

What We Offer

  • The freedom to be creative and make a real impact.
  • A fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Remote position.

Company Description

The Blind Bots (Core Nexus Inc) is an AI rendering platform for the window treatments industry. Our proprietary computer-vision technology replaces flawed fabric swatches with photorealistic renderings of a retailer's own catalog—letting shoppers visualize blinds, shades, shutters, and custom drapery in their real spaces before they buy. The result: higher close rates, fewer returns, and faster decisions.

Built by industry insiders and elite engineers, our team pairs deep window-covering expertise with world-class computer-vision research. We're the only platform generating catalog-constrained renderings, and we're quickly becoming the cross-industry standard for retailers and manufacturers. Join us as we reconstruct how the industry sells.
