This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while still maintaining a strong connection with students, families, and collaborating educators. Although you will operate from a distance, our virtual tools and platforms ensure you can effectively engage with students and other stakeholders in real-time. The environment is supportive, encouraging collaboration among team members to ensure the provision of coordinated and tailored care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify studentsโ€™ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, facilitating accurate diagnosis and effective interventions.
  • Provide therapyโ€”individual, family, and groupโ€”employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to support studentsโ€™ needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with defined goals, tailored interventions, and ongoing assessments to track each student's progress and adapt as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with educational professionals, such as teachers and school psychologists, to create and execute client-centered strategies that maximize each student's potential.
  • Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when needed, ensuring students have immediate support during critical situations.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that aim to build students' coping skills and emotional resilience.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse student population, including children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By addressing their needs within the educational environment, you play a pivotal role in enhancing their overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon, demonstrating your commitment to upholding the highest standards of practice.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, preferably within outpatient or school contexts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current evidence-based therapeutic modalities applicable to children and adolescents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, families, and educational teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience developing and leading psychoeducation programs and group therapy sessions targeted at enhancing mental health awareness and skills among students.
  • Prior involvement in collaboration with educational staff to design supportive interventions that are sensitive to unique school environments.
  • Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and tools that facilitate effective online therapy and communication.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus. The role also includes comprehensive benefits, ensuring the well-being of our employees:

  • Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching to assist in your long-term financial planning.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, encompassing vacation days, personal days, and holidays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Access to continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and expand your knowledge.
  • Insurance coverage during your tenure with us.
