The Self Healing Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment

As a remote position, this role allows you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still contributing to a collaborative environment. While most interactions will occur online, you will still participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure coherent and coordinated treatment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Implement effective therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and promote growth.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, outlining clear therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and holistic client management.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to create and implement client-centered treatment plans that enhance client engagement.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed, ensuring a responsive approach to clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will address issues spanning from relational difficulties and communication problems to severe emotional disturbances, providing support to ensure each client has a pathway toward healing and resilience. Our diverse client demographics include adolescents, adults, and seniors, reinforcing the need for tailored and empathetic therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona.
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and clinical best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a counseling or clinical setting, preferably with a focus on family and couples therapy.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessments in diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
