Clarity Counseling Collective is in search of dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our expanding remote therapy team. Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. We accept candidates with LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licenses.
  • No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to counseling.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including the ability to use digital therapy tools efficiently.
  • A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities to conduct video sessions.
  • Access to a stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted client interactions.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling dynamics is preferred, as well as a history of effective collaboration with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent upon hours worked and individual experience. Additional benefits include:
