• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that effectively address the unique concerns of your clients.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotional experiences and interpersonal relationships.

Your primary focus will be on providing care for stable, low acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. By offering a blend of support and therapeutic techniques, you will empower your clients to cultivate resilience and improve their daily functioning. Our client base is diverse, allowing you to engage with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, enriching both your professional development and the services we provide.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. We accept candidates with LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licenses.
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to counseling.
• Proficient computer literacy, including the ability to use digital therapy tools efficiently.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities to conduct video sessions.
• Access to a stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted client interactions.

A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling dynamics is preferred, as well as a history of effective collaboration with diverse client populations.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent upon hours worked and individual experience. Additional benefits include:
