Primary Purpose:
Support the Collision Repair Sales team through administrative, technical, and customer-facing responsibilities. This role focuses on managing Car-Part Pro configurations, maintaining recycler Questionnaires, supporting Pro deployments, and delivering reporting and insights to improve customer performance and sales outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Pro Configuration & Optimization
- Set up, update, and maintain Car-Part Pro configurations.
- Review customer setups to ensure alignment with part grading, pricing, and certification guidelines.
- Verify Pro parts and resolve inconsistencies; communicate updates to customers.
- Support brokering setup and optimization.
Questionnaire Management
- Complete, review, and update recycler Questionnaires using standardized processes.
- Maintain accuracy of NIB/NIC/NIQ questions and collect required documentation.
- Track progress and maintain records in NetSuite and internal status tools.
Pro Deployment & Data Support
- Assist with Pro deployments for insurance, shop, and IA/TPA customers.
- Prepare and manage data (Excel) for NetSuite imports and audit accuracy.
- Track deployment progress and maintain supporting documentation.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and analyze reports from NetSuite and iPro Analytics to monitor Pro usage and performance.
- Summarize insights across customers (insurance carriers, MSOs, IA/TPAs) for internal stakeholders.
- Create customer-facing reports and presentations, including monthly reporting and PowerPoint decks.
Customer Support & Training
- Guide customers through configurations, Questionnaires, and deployment processes.
- Educate customers on how Pro tools and setup impact their sales performance.
- Provide basic training and ongoing support.
Sales & Administrative Support
- Support the sales team with scheduling, contracts, reporting, and customer coordination.
- Assist with meetings, events, and team initiatives.
Essential Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- High attention to detail, particularly with data accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data imports/exports.
- Ability to learn and navigate systems such as NetSuite and reporting tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain processes in a simple, practical way.
Non-Essential but Valued Skills and Experience
- Experience with NetSuite, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytics tools.
- Background in automotive, collision repair, or recycling industry.
- Experience supporting sales teams or customer onboarding/implementations.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for client-facing use.
- Exposure to process improvement or system optimization work.
