Key Responsibilities Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on high-value features that align with organizational goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business and program stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and translate business vision into user stories.Requirement Analysis: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital integration, specifically within P&C insurance workflows.Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers quality increments consistently.
