You MUST have the following:

  • Strong experience as a Lead React Developer/Software Engineer/Programmer
  • Advanced OpenFin
  • Excellent JavaScript, TypeScript and React
  • Experience building front office trading systems
  • Agile

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

Role: Remote Principal React Engineer (Software Engineer Programmer Developer ReactJS React-JS React.JS Playwright TypeScript Redux Saga Ag-Grid Fixed Income JavaScript Node Credit Rates Bonds Agile Buy Side Asset Manager Investment Management Finance Front Office Trading Financial Services UI Front-End Front End EMS OMS Execution Order Management System Portfolio Banking Remote Consultant Contract Consultancy) required by our trading client in Manhattan, New York City. You will join a small department of 5 teams who are modernising an execution and order management trading system. You will come in as an OpenFin Expert to sit across the five teams in a Principal Engineer/Architect role. The tech stack is OpenFin, React, TypeScript, Ag-Grid, PlayWright and Node on the front end. The five team have 5-8 full-stack engineers in each team, including people with OpenFin expertise. You will be hired to bolster this expertise.

The role can be 100% remote, however, if you are local, you could go into the office as you wish.

There is ongoing work with the client. In December, this will renew for a full 12 months.

Rate: $125 -200/hr

Duration: 6 - 12 months
