Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding its national healthcare business-development team and is seeking experienced Business Development Professionals who know how to open doors, build relationships, and secure new business with hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and healthcare organizations.

This is a 100% remote, 100% commission-based opportunity for a driven professional who understands healthcare sales and enjoys generating new business through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic account development.

What You'll Do

  • Identify hospitals, health systems, medical groups, specialty practices, and healthcare organizations with current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Conduct proactive cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other business-development activities.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including:
