• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health conditions, informing the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals that are both achievable and meaningful, tracking their progress over time to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions to address each client’s unique needs, using evidence-based modalities that are congruent with their preferences and circumstances.
• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for all clients, particularly those with mobility challenges or who prefer virtual engagement.
• Maintain thorough documentation and case notes to adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client interactions are well-documented.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of evolving therapeutic techniques and trends in mental health care.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical experience in a counseling setting.
• Demonstrated experience working with couples, families, children, and adolescents, with a commitment to serving diverse client populations.
