• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, developing personalized treatment plans based on the results.

Your work will primarily involve supporting students in a school environment, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will collaborate closely with educators and other stakeholders to create a supportive network for students, emphasizing early intervention and prevention strategies to promote overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably with school-age children.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
