  • Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, safeguarding client confidentiality, and adhering to professional standards in all situations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in mental health care.
  • Support clients by providing guidance and practical strategies to assist them in managing life challenges and fostering personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a private practice context.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with experience implementing effective interventions.
  • Proficient communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience

While two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with a background in private practice and specialized training in contemporary therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with telehealth systems and digital therapeutic techniques is a plus, reflecting our forward-thinking approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
