• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to clarify their mental health challenges and identify treatment objectives.
• Deliver therapy sessions—individual, couples, and family—with an emphasis on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or narrative therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans, closely monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic alliances, ensuring a trusting and safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, safeguarding client confidentiality, and adhering to professional standards in all situations.

Your client base will be diverse, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal growth aspirations. This role enables you to leverage your skills to effect meaningful change in the lives of your clients, helping them navigate their unique circumstances and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a private practice context.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with experience implementing effective interventions.
• Proficient communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients.

While two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with a background in private practice and specialized training in contemporary therapeutic modalities.
