Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, working to understand their individual experiences and needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, aligning with each client's goals to foster growth and healing.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies, adapting your approach as necessary to support each client’s unique journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health professional, specializing as a Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building meaningful relationships with clients and providing empathic support.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities effectively, demonstrating organizational and time management skills.
• Maintains a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on adult therapy.
