We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to join our growing team! 

Location: Remote with Travel
Travel: 25-50%

This executive leader will be a key strategic partner to the CFO, General Counsel, and Executive Leadership Team, overseeing the full lifecycle of acquisitions from origination through integration.

What You'll Do (includes and is not limited to) Drive Enterprise Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute Bristol Hospice's national mergers and acquisitions strategy.

  • Identify and evaluate strategic expansion opportunities, including acquisitions, affiliations, partnerships, and joint ventures.

  • Analyze healthcare market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

Lead Transaction Execution
  • Manage the full acquisition lifecycle from origination through post-close integration.

  • Oversee valuation modeling, due diligence activities, financial analyses, and deal structuring.

  • Negotiate transaction terms and lead complex deal execution efforts.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and move transactions to close.

Build and Manage Strategic Relationships
  • Develop relationships with healthcare owners, operators, brokers, investment bankers, private equity firms, advisors, and lenders.

  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities across the country.

  • Represent Bristol Hospice in external negotiations and strategic partnership discussions.

Advise Executive Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board on growth strategy and capital deployment.

  • Present acquisition opportunities, investment recommendations, market intelligence, and transaction updates.

  • Develop executive and board-level presentations supporting strategic decision-making.

Ensure Value Creation and Integration Success
  • Partner with operational leaders to maximize acquisition value and achieve integration objectives.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for transaction success.

  • Evaluate post-acquisition performance and drive accountability for operational and financial outcomes.

 What We're Looking For (Required Experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in:

    • Mergers & Acquisitions

    • Corporate Development

    • Investment Banking

    • Healthcare Finance

    • Related strategic growth disciplines

  • Proven success leading complex acquisitions from sourcing through closing.

  • Experience presenting recommendations and analyses to executive leadership, boards, or investors.
