Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegreewithaminimumofthree(3)yearsofexperienceinhealthcarecompliance,regulatorycompliance,orarelatedfield;ORJurisDoctor(JD)degree.
  • Knowledgeofhealthcarecomplianceandprivacyregulations,includingHIPAAand42CFRPart2.
  • Abilitytomanageconfidentialandsensitiveinformationwithprofessionalismanddiscretion.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experienceinbehavioralhealthorsocialservicesispreferred.
  • Priorexperiencesupportingcomplianceinvestigations,audits,ormonitoringactivitiesispreferred.
