The successful candidate will work remotely, leveraging telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. We utilize the latest in electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and ensure client privacy and compliance with regulations. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities best suited to the client’s needs and preferences, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Assist clients in identifying personal obstacles and guide them in processing emotions, ultimately enabling healthier coping strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback, ensuring alignment with their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to continuously improve service delivery and patient outcomes through case discussions and peer review.

Your therapeutic expertise will primarily support adult clients who seek assistance in managing and overcoming various mental health challenges. This role requires a commitment to providing empathetic, culturally competent care, and the ability to employ diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience with a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
• Proficient communication skills, with an emphasis on a client-centered and compassionate approach.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and comfort with telehealth platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and short-term therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with culturally informed practices and an understanding of diverse populations.
• Previous experience working in outpatient settings or with electronic health record systems.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on qualifications and experience.
