• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy through personalized modalities to support personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals, consistently monitor client progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Engage in teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for students facing geographical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to comply with ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

The primary focus of this position is on school-aged children and adolescents. You will work closely with students experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your compassionate approach will be crucial in helping them navigate their emotional landscapes, fostering resilience and well-being.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic context is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy modalities.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans that demonstrate positive client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
